Anton Viskov was born in 1965 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow conservatory where he majored in “flute” (class of prof. Dolzhikov) and “composition” (class of prof. Ledenyov). His composition teacher was also George Sviridov.
He is a corresponding member of the International Academy of creativity.
